Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip
This Spinach Artichoke Dip has a light kick, a great texture, and goes great with pita bread, firm chips, and crackers. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
- ¼ cup canned chopped jalapeños peppers, drained (optional)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (12 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
COOK THIS
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl or 1 quart baking dish, mix cream cheese by hand until smooth and then add remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes with brown edges.
- Serve with chips, crackers or bread.
