Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip

This Spinach Artichoke Dip has a light kick, a great texture, and goes great with pita bread, firm chips, and crackers. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • ¼ cup canned chopped jalapeños peppers, drained (optional)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

COOK THIS

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl or 1 quart baking dish, mix cream cheese by hand until smooth and then add remaining ingredients.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes with brown edges.
  • Serve with chips, crackers or bread.
