BBQ Chicken Flatbread
A quick flatbread pizza loaded with tangy BBQ chicken, red onion, and melty mozzarella — better than delivery.

Ingredients
- 2 large naan breads or flatbreads
- 1½ cups cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Preheat: Heat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Toss the chicken: Mix shredded chicken with half the BBQ sauce until coated.

Assemble: Spread remaining BBQ sauce over each flatbread. Top with mozzarella, then the sauced chicken and red onion slices.

Bake: Cook for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are crisp.

Finish: Top with fresh cilantro and red pepper flakes. Slice and serve.
Notes
- Storage: Best eaten fresh. Leftovers can be reheated in the oven at 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Variations: Swap BBQ sauce for buffalo sauce and add blue cheese crumbles. Use pita bread if you can’t find naan.
