Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos
Bacon wrapped, stuffed jalapenos are one of our favorite appetizers. These are worth the prep, and never fail to please guests before a meal or on game day.
MAIN INGREDIENTS
- 12 whole fresh jalapeños
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese or sharp cheddar
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 12-18 strips of bacon
SEASONING
- Pepper
- Cumin
- Chili Powder
- Tajin
- Spicy Fiesta Ranch Dip mix (small amount)
COOK THIS
- Cut off the stem end of the jalapeño and carefully remove the seeds. Try not to break the pepper. Corer tools and extremely helpful.
- In a small bowl, mix with a spoon or fork the cream cheese with the shredded cheese. Add any desired seasoning.
- Stuff the peppers with the mixture.
- Wrap each one with bacon and use a toothpick(s) to secure.
- Grill for about 10-15 min until brown and bacon is crisp. This may be done in an Air Fryer on high for 20 min or in the oven at 425F, 25-25 min.
