Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant β donβt let it burn.
- Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink and just curled.
- Squeeze lemon juice over everything. Toss with parsley.
- Serve immediately. This waits for no one.
Notes
Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to mop up every drop of that garlic butter. Also great over a simple arugula salad for a lighter meal.
